Refund policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers may choose either a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and other stains, with the original tags attached. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Final-sale items, discounted merchandise, gift cards, earrings, bodysuits, bralettes, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged.
